Terminus Group, an eminent name in Hyderabad, is known for its stellar credentials in Real Estate Industry. Terminus Group was founded in the year 2010, under the prominent leadership of Mr. S.P. Reddy with 25+ years’ combined experience in Real Estate. Mr. S. P. Reddy is a successful entrepreneur and investor and his experience spans across USA and India, in domains as diverse as Information Technology, Federal Government, and Real Estate Development.
At Terminus, we are the builders of the new era, featuring an established track record of creating luxury, retail, corporate properties, and associated with marquee names in hospitality segment like Marriott. The Group is currently operating in a range of business verticals namely Residential, Commercial, Mixed-use Building, Hospitality, Healthcare, Life Sciences and Education. Our suite of services ranges from investment, development, and asset and facility management.
